Attendees
CupcakeCampDC is a free event for the community, by the community, to benefit local charities.Regular Attendee ticket includes:
- A suggested $5 donation (after online processing fees, only $3.47 of your donation is going to charity, so feel free to donate more!)
- Three (3) Tasting tickets. 1 tasting ticket = 1 serving of baked goodies, no matter the size
- 1 Crowd Favorite vote to be deposited at the baker's station.
- The opportunity to buy raffle tickets, dance to tunes spun by a DJ, and a chance to win some awesome prizes
- Meeting fellow cupcake-lovers
- Brochure with CupcakeCampDC + Charity information & miniature version of CupcakeCampDC artwork as well as a feedback form so you can affect the next CupcakeCampDC
VIP ticket includes:
- Six (6) Tasting tickets 1 tasting ticket = 1 serving of baked goodies, no matter the size
- A cupcake carrier will be reserved for your use so that you can store all six of your cupcakes while exploring CupcakeCampDC, or if you don't want to eat all 6 during the event.
- Two (2) Raffle tickets 1 raffle ticket = 1 chance to win great prizes such as a free CupcakeCampDC t-shirt
- 1 Crowd Favorite token to be deposited at the baker's station.
- The opportunity to buy raffle tickets, dance to tunes spun by a DJ, and a chance to win some awesome prizes
- Meeting fellow cupcake-lovers

Bakers
We had a lot of bakers cancel or just not show up at previous CupcakeCampDCs. Because of this, we have implemented a new system which seems to work well!We suggest that Bakers donate $10 to hold their spot.You get prizes and treats that other attendees don't. Last year prizes included free t-shirts, first pick of cupcakes, large-sized CupcakeCampDC artwork, and free raffle tickets.
- Baker sign-up is a suggested $10 donation
- You get a free CupcakeCampDC 2013 apron and a free drink ticket
- The first 15 bakers to sign up get a free bonus gift upon check-in
- There is a minimum of 4 dozen (48) cupcakes and is for one type of cupcake. If you want to bring more than one type of cupcake, contact us.
- You must fill out the baker registration form &
- Show up 1 hour prior to the start of the event
- You are responsible for your station and must bring everything except the table. This includes labels for what type of cupcakes you are bringing and any other decorations you want.
