cccDC is Sold Out!

Due to the overwhelming response through twitter, facebook, and from the We Love DC article, CupcakeCampDC is now SOLD OUT.

If you have purchased a ticket but are doubtful on if you are *actually* going to attend, I suggest you free up your ticket to those that are on the waiting list.

When we saw that the event's tickets had sold out, the cccDC team had a touch decision to make. Should we move the event to a bigger venue, such as a park, that would be further from the metro and not as hip and cool? Or keep it on the rooftop with spectacular view, but limit the cupcake lovers to a lower number.

In the end, we chose to keep the nicer venue with smaller amount of people. Maybe for CupcakeCampDC 2011, we'll discover a place that screams "CupcakeCampDC" and can house more people, but that's a ways away.
