Baker Spotlight: Corinne

Corinne has actually become enamored of baking scones and breads in the last few months. Scones are satisfyingly messy to make, and if you've got the right recipe, some breads can be just as delicious as a cupcake!

Tell us about yourself

I just got out of three years at Georgetown Law, where I stayed sane by riding bikes and baking cakes. I'm currently doing a fellowship with the Institute of Museum and Library Services for three months, and searching desperately for further excuses to avoid going back to New Hampshire.

What is your favorite type of cupcake?

Funfetti with chocolate frosting.

If you had to describe yourself as a cupcake, how would you?

Cookie dough filling and rainbow sugar on top!

What is your favorite local cupcakery?

Charm City Cupcakes.

What cupcakes do you plan to bring to CupcakeCampDC?

Chocolate High-hat with marshmallow filling & Vanilla cake with a vanilla and peach top
